You must be 18 years or older to enter & be getting married in 2020.

Your wedding can take place anywhere in the world!

By entering this contest, if your wedding is taking place more than 120 miles round-trip outside of either Frederick MD (for Lead Photographer Taylor) OR Harrisburg PA (for Lead Photographer Josh), you agree to pay for all travel expenses for Emerald Stone Photography if you are selected as the winner. To save you any extra effort, Emerald Stone Photography will make all the travel arrangements, but don’t worry, we travel as cheap as we can!

Couples who have already booked with Emerald Stone Photography are not eligible for this contest.

You cannot already be booked with another photographer. You’ve already found someone you are excited to have capture your day and we wouldn’t want to take that away from you or the photographer.

Your wedding must be on a day that isn’t already booked by Emerald Stone Photography. You must have a set date when entering this contest, or be able to set a date within 2 weeks of winning.

Winners will be selected by interview by a drawing. Finalists should be available to chat some time between now and 8/10/19. We will do our best to try to work with everyone’s schedules, but in the end, if the finalists cannot be available for the interview, they will be disqualified. The winner will be chosen by Emerald Stone Photography, and all decisions are final.

The winners will be notified by email to the email address they provide on or before the end of the month!

Only one entry per couple.

A contract must be signed and returned to Emerald Stone Photography within 2 weeks of winning, along with any travel expenses if applicable.

If the winning couple cannot claim their prize for any reason, they will be disqualified, and the runners-up will be awarded the prize at the discretion of Emerald Stone Photography.

Only one couple will be awarded the grand prize, with 8 hours of professional photography on their wedding day, online gallery, edited high resolution digital images with a print release and digital download. The approximate value of this package is $6,300+. Engagement Sessions are extra.

This wedding giveaway prize cannot be sold, traded, transferred, or exchanged for cash or any other item or service.

The winning couple also agrees to be featured on www.emeraldstonephotography.com, and any other publication that Emerald Stone Photography wish to submit to. The names and images of the winning couple will be used by Emerald Stone Photography for promotional purposes.

All federal, state, and local taxes, fees and surcharges are the responsibility of the prize winners.

By participating in this wedding photography giveaway, you agree to be bound by these official rules. By entering you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current & complete. You also give Emerald Stone Photography the right to use your email address for any and all email campaigns by Emerald Stone Photography & Erica Lewis. You agree that some email campaigns may include affiliate links.

Liability cannot be accepted for entries which are lost in transit or not received due to technical difficulties. After submitting if you do not receive a confirmation email within 48 hours, please email us at info@emeraldstonephotography.com to be sure we received your entry.

All non-winners will be presented with a custom photography collection by Emerald Stone Photography and will have 1 week to claim.
